The O3b mPOWER broadband internet satellites are built by Boeing and designed to provide up to 10 gigabits of throughput. The Falcon 9 will launch the third and fourth pair into Medium Earth Orbit to complete the constellation. The launch window is expecting to be an 88-minute launch window with a backup opportunity available on April 29th.
