Mission 1 (M1) to launch its first Hakuto-R lunar Private Japanese Moon lander for ispace. Payload contains Google Lunar XPRIZE partnership with ArianeGroup and two small lunar rovers from the United Arab Emirates and Japan. The mission name is HAKUTO, which refers to “white rabbit” in Japanese. A music disc containing the song SORATO by the Japanese rock band Sakanaction will travel to the lunar surface. The launch was delayed on November, 24th, 2022 and December 1, 2022. New Date to be determined.
